Can a dermatologist diagnose rosacea or what specialist would be qualified to?

I really believe I may have rosacea I just want a specialist to give whatever tests needed to confirm my beliefs.

yes a dermatologist diagnosed me, my regular doctor pointed it out that i needed to be checked. so any doctor can really tell you if you need to have it checked out.

  1. yes a dermatologist can diagnose rosacea, in fact almost any doctor can just by looking at it.
