What do pimples around the corners of your mouth and chin mean?

I’ve heard that getting pimples in different areas of your face are a sign of different health things.
im not to sure, can anyone help?
i mainly get them on my chin and corners of mouth
now and then between my eyebrows but not too often.

Just means your a teenager .. It means that you have pimples. If It is big and practicly on your lips.. It could be herpes. I doubt it though,.

  2. omg i have the same problem. i get them in my eyebrows and everythin. ugh i literally freak out and not leave the house when i get ugly pimples on the side of my lips and crap! but idk wht to use, literally i use every product out there, even pro active and nothin seems to work so i kida gave up and just use st.ives Apricot Scrub. it works okay but of course i still get the uglyass pimples

    ive heard that spots lower on your face are hormonal, and higher like of your forehead are caused by your skin getting clogged up
