Without prescription medication, there&#039;s not much that can fix the problem overnight. However, I&#039;d suggest icing the blemish and using a natural astringent (witch hazel) which takes away some of the redness and/or stops the bleeding and prevents a scab if you decide to pop the pimple. I usually pop mine (I know it&#039;s bad!!) then I soak a cotton ball in witch hazel and press it on the blemish and apply pressure until it stops bleeding. That way, it doesn&#039;t leave an unattractive blood clot on my face. Then I apply some benzoyl peroxide or differin (prescription) and moisturize with Olay.
