Without prescription medication, there's not much that can fix the problem overnight. However, I'd suggest icing the blemish and using a natural astringent (witch hazel) which takes away some of the redness and/or stops the bleeding and prevents a scab if you decide to pop the pimple. I usually pop mine (I know it's bad!!) then I soak a cotton ball in witch hazel and press it on the blemish and apply pressure until it stops bleeding. That way, it doesn't leave an unattractive blood clot on my face. Then I apply some benzoyl peroxide or differin (prescription) and moisturize with Olay.
