I've been in that situation and there is really nothing you can do about it. There are things you can do to try to reduce the blemishes and get rid of acne/pimples temporarily but you will always be finding yourself cleaning your face or your body depending on where it's at.

I mean of course your acne should go away eventually but for some this is the case their whole life.

I'm 29 years old and have been suffering from these little pests since I was a teenager. I tried all sorts of face washes from the local grocery store and what not, but nothing seemed to work. If anything it would just make my skin dry and itchy.

Literally the best acne face wash I've ever used has been this stuff called clearpores. It has got rid of the acne to quickest and has been a success ever since I got it. It's unique cause of it's herbal supplement you take a long with it that helps your skin from the inside out. I saved money on it at skincleansingsystem.com at the time which was helpful.

You should really look into this stuff and if you can to assure the best results, get the 3 month supply because if it doesn't work it will still save you butt on the return policy.

Well good luck and best wishes.
References :
go to this and find your prefect match: http://www.cleanandclear.com/findProduct.do
it'll help you find moisturizers and cleansers, scrubs, spot treatment for your unique skin - total awesome. i use the gel for spot treatment and it really works!

you could also try benzoyl peroxide "Dan's regimen" - cheap, any drugstore. wash your face gently with warm water. pat dry, do not scrub or the moisture is lost. let your face dry out a little, then apply benzoyl peroxide to acne prone areas. lightly massage it in and let dry, then apply a light SPF moisturizer. i used to do that, and it worked amazingly - start from 2.5 percent and work your way up to 10 percent. here's the site i looked at: http://www.acne.org/regimen.html

so basically: clean and clear acne treatment stuff or neutrogena benzoyl peroxide, and olay moisturizers. just experiment a little. you can get any of this at like CVS or wal mart, k mart, heck even albertson's or ralphs. good luck! and sorry if i wrote too much =/
References :
http://www.acne.org/regimen.html

Yes, I had the same exact problem, and it was by accident that I found a solution. I have to wash my face before bed with a non-soap cleanser, and then apply the "Comfort on Call" cream (very light layer of it) on my face. It's by Clinique, and it's sold for use as a protectant in windy situations, etc. For some reason, it stops the bumpyness in its tracks. I have to repeat it every other day to keep it going.
References :
I don't have any professional connection to Clinique.
