I saw improvements in my skin in just one week i take them twice a day, drink lots of water and use cetaphil cleanser and my skin looks just the way i want it to. Being a guy i never thought acne was a big problem until it got really bad. and i mean really bad. marks, pimples and all, it was so horrible. there are so many out there that you really just have to sample and test the ones you think might work for you. everyone’s skin is different and will react to different products in different ways. I like sticking to natural products but I have many girlfriends with great skin who just go to the local pharmacy and buy things there. sorry I couldn’t help more
